Overview

Once we receive payment you can expect delivery between 3-5 days for Gauteng. All other areas 4-7 days.
Please make sure the address you provide is clear and that someone will be at the address to receive the delivery.

Aquatik generally offers refunds for unused and unopened products. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items should be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase. If the packaging is missing, a partial refund may be issued at Aquatik’s discretion. For products damaged on delivery, Aquatik will arrange for a free replacement or offer a voucher or refund.

General Returns:

Refunds for unused/unopened products:
Aquatik offer full refunds for items that are unused and unopened.
Return shipping costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
Original packaging and proof of purchase:
Items must be returned in their original packaging and with proof of purchase (receipt, order number, etc.).
Discretionary partial refunds:
If the original packaging is not available, a partial refund may be offered at Aquatik’s discretion.

Returns for Damaged Products:

    Notification within 7 days:
    If a product is damaged upon delivery, customers should notify Aquatik within 7 days.
    Free replacement or refund:
    Aquatik will arrange for a free replacement of the damaged product at our discretion. If a suitable replacement is not available, Aquatik may offer a voucher, alternative product or refund.

    Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back in their original packaging and must include proof of purchase.

    Products under warranty should be handled with care to ensure they remain eligible for support. If your order arrives with visible defects or damage, please take clear photos of the affected items and send them to us as soon as possible. Our team will review the issue and get back to you promptly to resolve the matter and provide further instructions.

    DRS Participation:
    The Re-turn website provides information on which containers are eligible for return within the deposit-return scheme.
    Condition of Containers:
    Bottles must be in good condition, meaning they should not be broken, cracked, chipped, or un-washable.
